中國(guó)石化新聞網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)7月8日Neftegaz.Ru消息：俄羅斯和德國(guó)商會(huì)在7月7日表示，兩國(guó)企業(yè)已提議擴(kuò)大能源關(guān)系，并建設(shè)一座制氫廠。
“俄羅斯和德國(guó)應(yīng)利用在石油和天然氣行業(yè)多年成功合作的優(yōu)勢(shì)，密切合作開發(fā)氫能和氣候友好型技術(shù)，以促進(jìn)未來(lái)發(fā)展。”兩國(guó)商會(huì)負(fù)責(zé)人馬蒂亞斯·謝普稱，作為試點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目，兩國(guó)應(yīng)首先建立一座制氫廠。
俄羅斯和德國(guó)在石油和天然氣領(lǐng)域傳統(tǒng)上有著牢固的戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系，特別是在建設(shè)北溪2號(hào)天然氣管道方面。
這項(xiàng)氫能源計(jì)劃將擴(kuò)大俄羅斯和德國(guó)在今年2月宣布的能源合作伙伴關(guān)系，并允許根據(jù)巴黎氣候協(xié)議減少全球溫室氣體排放。

Russia and Germany mull hydrogen partnership to fight climate change
Russian and German businesses have proposed an expansion of energy ties and the construction of a hydrogen production plant, the German-Russian Chamber of Commerce said July 7.
"Russia and Germany should take advantage of years of their successful partnership in the oil and gas industry to closely cooperate in the development of hydrogen, climate-friendly technologies for the future," the proposal sent to relevant ministries of both countries said.
As a pilot project, the two countries should start by building a hydrogen production plant, Matthias Schepp, the head of the chamber of commerce, said.
Russia and Germany traditionally enjoy a strong strategic partnership in the oil and gas sector, notably building the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline.
The hydrogen initiative would expand the Russian-German energy partnership announced in February and allow for a reduction in global greenhouse gas emissions in line with the Paris climate deal.
Germany is ready to allocate EUR 2 billion (about $2.26 billion) for such projects involving international partners, including Russia.
